After working 15 years in the industry, David Duong wanted to start his own plastic injection mold shop to pursue the goal of bringing extreme precision and quality for injection molding in Canada. In 2002 he decided that it was the right time and Mold Leaders Inc. was founded.

Working alone and starting with limited resources, David was striving to achieve his goal. Business was slow at first, but as his name and reputation was developing he knew it was possible.
